4. Payments and Subscriptions

Each Subscription Plan grants access to the full set of Sentinel features, including but not limited to: Identity Monitoring, Email Security, WebShield, SMS Filter, AdBlock, Device Security, and Battery Health monitoring. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue subscription plans at any time. Such changes will not affect active subscriptions that have already been paid for, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Payment Method
Payments are processed directly through the Site (Web-to-App model) using credit or debit cards. Third-party app store payments (e.g., Apple App Store) are not supported. To subscribe, Users must provide accurate and complete payment details, including:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVC code
- Cardholder name
By submitting payment information, Users authorize the Company to charge the applicable subscription fee to their chosen payment method.
4.3 Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.4. The Company reserves the right to monitor use of the Service to ensure compliance with these Terms. Violations of this section may result in suspension or termination of access, legal proceedings, or referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, as appropriate.
5.7 User Cooperation
Users agree to cooperate fully with the Company in investigating potential violations of these Terms or any applicable laws. Failure to cooperate may result in immediate account suspension, termination, or other remedies available under law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, and software provided through sentinel-apps.com and the Sentinel App—including security tools, graphics, logos, designs, text, code, and documentation—are the exclusive property of LeadPixel Labs LLC or its licensors. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service.

7.7 Consequences of Violations

8. Prohibited Activities

This includes attempting to access other Users’ accounts or the underlying systems and networks of sentinel-apps.com.

8.5 Misuse of Security Features
You may not manipulate Sentinel’s security features in a way that compromises their intended functionality, spreads malicious software, or violates the rights of others. Reverse engineering or bypassing these features is strictly prohibited.
8.6 Payment and Subscription Abuse
You may not attempt to evade payment obligations, exploit trial periods, or engage in any activity designed to circumvent the subscription process. All payments must be made through the official Web-to-App checkout using valid payment methods. Sharing accounts or credentials for unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
8.7 Monitoring and Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to monitor User activity to detect violations of these Terms. Suspected violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination of account access, or legal action.
8.8 Acknowledgment
By using the Service, you acknowledge that engaging in any prohibited activity may harm Sentinel, its Users, or third parties, and you accept that violations will result in strict enforcement measures.
9. Third-Party Services
9.1 Use of Third-Party Services
The Service may incorporate, integrate with, or provide links to third-party services, software, or websites. These services may include payment processors, analytics tools, identity verification services, or other features that enhance the functionality of SecurON.
9.2 Responsibility and Liability

9.4 Payments via Third Parties
While the Service primarily operates via a Web-to-App payment model, certain optional features or transactions may involve third-party payment processors. All payments through such services must comply with the terms and conditions set by the third-party processor. Any disputes with a third-party processor are solely between you and that processor.
9.5 No Endorsement
References to any third-party service do not constitute endorsement or recommendation by LeadPixel Labs LLC. Inclusion of links or integration with third-party services does not imply approval or support by the Company.

LeadPixel Labs LLC reserves the right to control or participate in the defense of any claim, and any settlement that involves admission of liability or imposes obligations on the Company requires prior written approval.

12. Termination
12.1 Termination by LeadPixel Labs LLC
LeadPixel Labs LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for reasons including:
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
- Unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity involving your account, subscription, or payments.
- Actions compromising the security, integrity, or functionality of the Service.

12.2 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds under the Money-Back Guarantee must follow the Refund Policy.
